Recently, Meko Education had the wonderful opportunity to meet with representatives from International Leadership of Texas (ILTexas) to explore potential collaborations and exchanges in education.

During our meeting, we exchanged information about all the schools under the Shirahagi Educational Corporation and Meko Education Group, which includes Meko Japanese Language School, vocational colleges, other Japanese language schools, prep schools, and an international kindergarten. We were also able to learn more about ILTexas’s education system and goals, and to share our own expertise and resources in return.

Though we haven’t started a formal collaboration yet, we’re excited about the possibilities we discussed — from supporting enrollment efforts, to international collaborations that deepen understanding across borders.

This meeting was a valuable first step toward future partnerships. We’re looking forward to developing these relationships and offering new opportunities to our students in Japan — and hopefully to ILTexas’s students in America — in the years to come.
